Welcome to the Namur Christmas Market 2026

From 28 November to 31 December 2026, the heart of Wallonia's capital transforms into a magical winter wonderland. Part of the "Namur en Lumière" celebrations, the Christmas market at Place de l'Ange and Place d'Armes offers a festive atmosphere featuring traditional wooden chalets, folk groups, live music, and regional crafts.

Program

The market opens daily from 11:00 AM, with extended evening hours until 11:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Alongside roughly 70 to 100 beautifully decorated chalets, the city center comes alive with musical entertainment and folkloric parades. Visitors can enjoy live concerts, street performances, and local delicacies, with the open-air ice rink on Place de l'Ange serving as a major hub for winter fun.

Admission to the Namur Christmas market area and public squares is completely free. Separate small fees may apply for specific activities like ice skating rental.
