Welcome to the Aosta Christmas Market (Marché Vert Noël) 2026
From 21 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, the historical center of Aosta transforms into a magical alpine Christmas village. Known as the "Marché Vert Noël", this popular market features a unique setting integrated into the city's historic squares and archaeological zones. It recreates a charming simulation of an alpine mountain village complete with wooden chalets, fir trees, and festive holiday cheer.

The market is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Alongside stalls featuring handmade candles, ceramics, Christmas decorations, and local delicacies, visitors can enjoy a rich cultural program. Weekends feature live artisan demonstrations. Special holiday hours apply on Christmas Day (December 25: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and New Year's Day (January 1: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
