Baroeg Open Air 2026 in Rotterdam: The Fortress of Hard Music, Gothic and Underground Culture
On 11 and 12 September 2026, Rotterdam's Zuiderpark once again becomes the heart of the Dutch underground scene. Baroeg Open Air is organized by the venue Baroeg and has stood for sixteen years for metal, punk, industrial, gothic and harder electronic music in the open air. In 2026 the festival runs across two days for the first time: Friday opens in the afternoon, while Saturday continues into the late evening.
When and Where Does Baroeg Open Air 2026 Take Place?
Gates open on Friday, 11 September 2026, at 4:30 PM at Zuiderpark Rotterdam; Saturday starts around midday and runs until roughly 11:00 PM. Zuiderpark sits close to the Feyenoord stadium (De Kuip) in the south of Rotterdam, making it easy to reach for international visitors as well.

Lineup: Who Is Playing at Baroeg Open Air 2026?
Around forty acts perform across four stages in 2026. Friday is led by British punk legends Buzzcocks, Rammstein tribute act Vannstein and Ist Ist. On Saturday, American industrial metal band Fear Factory closes the Main Stage, alongside Diary Of Dreams, ACTORS, Crystal Lake, Then Comes Silence, Hate, Baseck and many more international and Dutch names spanning metal, post punk, gothic and harder electronic music.
Tickets and Prices for Baroeg Open Air Rotterdam 2026
Regular presale tickets cost 30 euros for Friday and 35 euros for Saturday. A combined weekend pass, the Dayticket Combi, is available for 70 euros. Children up to and including age 12 get free entry. Tickets are only sold through the official Baroeg website and its official ticket partner; buying through unauthorized resale sites is discouraged.
How to Get to Zuiderpark Rotterdam
The festival site is within walking distance of the Zuidplein bus and metro station, served by metro lines D and E as well as numerous bus and regional lines. Travelling by public transport is recommended, since parking around Zuiderpark is limited.

- Bring a light jacket for the cooler Friday evening and Saturday night hours.
