Welcome to the Bayreuther Volksfest 2027 in Bayreuth
The Bayreuther Volksfest is the traditional spring and summer highlight of the Wagner city. From 14 to 23 May 2027 the Volksfestplatz on Äußere Badstraße turns into a colourful festival ground with rides, a large beer tent and Franconian beer culture. Here culture, tradition and the joy of life come together and attract visitors from the entire region.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The Bayreuther Volksfest takes place from 14 to 23 May 2027 on the Volksfestplatz. Daily attractions include rides, games stalls and the beer tent with music and beer service. Traditionally a parade opens the fair, followed by the ceremonial tapping of the beer. Families benefit from special action days, while evenings focus on live music and the beer tent atmosphere.
