On September 25 and 26, 2026, La Carpa at Poble Espanyol in Barcelona once again becomes a stage for progressive rock and metal. The eighth edition of Be Prog! My Friend is regarded as one of Europe's most carefully curated festivals in the genre and deliberately keeps its capacity limited to 1,200 attendees.
