Welcome to Beer Love Fest 2027 in Montpellier

Since 2016, Beer Love Fest has celebrated craft beer culture in Montpellier. For a full week, bars across the city turn into gathering spots for beer lovers, before a grand finale with live music and tastings brings the festival to a close.

Highlights and Attractions at Beer Love Fest in Montpellier

  • Over 60 local, French and international breweries at the grand finale
  • Tastings of several hundred different beers
  • Public brewing sessions and so called Tap Take Overs, where a guest brewery takes over a partner bar's taps for an evening
  • DJ sets and live concerts during the grand finale weekend
  • Workshops, talks and tastings around beer and food pairings
  • Quiz nights and karaoke evenings at participating bars around town
  • A special anniversary beer brewed just for the festival

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in 2027

The festival traditionally opens with a launch evening at a well known bar in the city, where the specially brewed festival beer is unveiled. Over the following days, around fifteen partner bars across Montpellier host brewing sessions, Tap Take Overs and other beer events. The festival then closes with a grand weekend finale featuring international breweries, music and tastings. Exact dates and the full 2027 program have not yet been published.

Tickets and Admission for Beer Love Fest 2027

Access to events at the partner bars is generally free. For the grand finale, recent editions offered a paid Friday evening with a concert and tastings from around 8 euros in advance, while Saturday had free entry with paid tastings. Final 2027 pricing has not yet been announced by the organizer.
