Hopfengarten Bamberg on Zollnerstraße invites guests to its Bockbieranstich on October 31, 2026. Founded in 2015, the brewery is considered Bamberg's smallest and is part of a long standing gardening business that revived hop cultivation in the World Heritage city after about a hundred years; the project is run by Kris and Wolfgang Emmerling.
