Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The Bockbieranstich traditionally takes place on the last Friday in October – in 2026 on 30 October from 15:00. After the ceremonial tapping of the cask, the robust, easy-drinking Bock beer is served. Typical Franconian dishes such as salted pork belly with kohlrabi and dumplings as well as grilled specialities accompany the beer. The festival is held in and around the historic inn with beer garden and offers a calm, nature-oriented alternative to larger beer festivals. It usually ends around 22:00.
