The Bock beer tapping takes place on 5 November 2026 from 15:30 at Brauerei Spezial. The seasonal Rauchbier Bock (approx. 16–17 % original gravity) is traditionally served from late October/early November and is usually available until shortly before Christmas. The following day there is often another tapping at the Spezial Keller. The evening focuses on relaxed socialising in the historic rooms without a large supporting programme – the emphasis is on the freshly tapped beer and Franconian hospitality.
