Welcome to the Bürgerfest Abensberg 2027 in Abensberg
The Bürgerfest Abensberg takes place every year on the first Sunday in July and already invites celebration the evening before. In 2027 the motto “historically alive and different” awaits you on the Stadtplatz, Aventinusplatz and in the castle garden with moat. Local clubs, live music and Bavarian specialities characterise the official town festival of the hop town.

In the castle garden visitors immerse themselves in the knightly era: medieval camps, archery and historical performances. After dark, fire shows captivate the audience. On Sunday the programme begins around 10:00 with a church service, followed by Frühschoppen, school bands, the town band and further live acts into the evening.
