Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Lauchröden
- By car: A4 exit Herleshausen, then follow signs towards Lauchröden. By train: to Eisenach or Herleshausen, then approx. 30-minute walk.
- Bring weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes – the site is hilly and outdoors.
- Free camping (with and without car) is available; arrive early for good spots. Alternative accommodation in Eisenach or Herleshausen.
- Please take your rubbish with you and respect nature – the area is near a nature reserve.
