Program and Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The festival gate and campsite traditionally open on Thursday around midday. Over four days, several stages and dance floors keep a continuous program running through progressive trance, psytrance and related styles of electronic music. Morning yoga and meditation sessions complement the music, alongside workshops shaped by the community itself. The full 2027 line up will be announced ahead of the event on the official website.
Tickets and Admission for the Burning Mountain Festival
Official 2027 ticket prices have not yet been published; the organizers state that sales will open soon. For reference, a regular long weekend ticket for the 2026 edition cost around 250 Swiss francs, which converts to roughly 268 euros at current rates. Camping is already included in the ticket price, so no separate camping pass is needed.
Visitor Tips: Travel and Accommodation in Zernez
- The festival site is about a 20 to 30 minute walk from the village of Zernez, which offers hotels, restaurants and shops
- At over 1,500 meters, daytime can feel warm while nights drop close to freezing, so a weatherproof tent and warm layers are strongly advised
- The only access road through the Engadin Valley carries fast traffic, so always use the marked safe path between Zernez and the festival grounds
- Accommodation in and around Zernez is limited and should be booked well ahead of the festival
- A great chance to explore the neighboring Swiss National Park before or after the festival
