Welcome to the Cabalgata de Reyes 2027 in A Coruna
The Cabalgata de Reyes (Galician: Cabalgata de Reis) on 5 January 2027 is the big family evening before Epiphany in A Coruna. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar ride decorated floats through the city and traditionally finish in Plaza de Maria Pita, on the eve of 6 January.
The exact 2027 start point and route had not been published by A Coruna City Council at the time of this research. Recent editions began at 17:30 and reached Maria Pita around 20:00, and the starting neighbourhood changes each year. Check the route and timetable on coruna.gal shortly before you go.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
In Spain it is the Three Kings, not Santa Claus, who bring gifts on the night of 5 to 6 January. The cabalgata is the public high point of that tradition: families line the route, the floats move slowly through the neighbourhoods, and the kings address the crowd from the town-hall balcony.
In 2026 the A Coruna parade left Calle Revolucion Francesa in the Vioño neighbourhood at 17:30, covered about 4.4 kilometres and arrived at Plaza de Maria Pita around 20:00. More than 1,200 people, 13 floats and several support trains took part. Those figures apply to the 2026 edition only. The city usually confirms the 2027 starting district, theme and exact times in December.
