Welcome to the Calanda Oktoberfest 2026 in Chur
The Calanda Oktoberfest in Chur celebrates its 17th edition in 2026 and takes place for the first time in the new Areon Eventhalle. What began in 2008 as the Calanda Autumn Festival has become one of Switzerland’s most popular Oktoberfest events, combining Bavarian Wiesn tradition with Grisons hospitality. Over two weekends in October, visitors can expect lively atmosphere, Calanda beer and live music from Bavaria.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The Calanda Oktoberfest 2026 takes place on the weekends of 23–24 October and 30–31 October. Opening hours are from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. each day. The program features atmospheric live bands from Bavaria, DJ sets and culinary highlights of Oktoberfest cuisine. Table reservations with packages are recommended; individual visitors are welcome as long as space is available.
