Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Carnevale di Viareggio 2027 features six official parades: Saturday 30 January (opening, 4:00 PM), Thursday 4 February (evening parade, 5:00 PM), Sunday 7 February (3:00 PM), Tuesday 9 February (3:00 PM), Sunday 14 February (3:00 PM) and Saturday 20 February (closing, 4:00 PM). Between the main processions, traditional rioni festivals fill the city districts with music, dancing and masks until late at night. Tickets for the parades can be purchased online via the official website as well as at the Cittadella ticket office and at the entrances on parade days. Single tickets start from around €15 (special price for Fat Thursday) or €16.50, open tickets and grandstand seats cost more, and GOLD packages start from approximately €70.
