Beach Volleyball European Championship 2027 in Gstaad
From 30 June to 4 July 2027, the Bernese Oberland becomes the stage for one of Europe's greatest beach volleyball events: the CEV EuroBeachVolley 2027 at the legendary Gstaadion. For the third time in history, Switzerland hosts the Beach Volleyball European Championships, following Basel in 2002 and Biel/Bienne in 2016. The event is jointly organised by Swiss Volley, Sports Events Gstaad (SEG) and CEV (European Volleyball Confederation).
A Unique Setting: Beach Volleyball Meets Alpine Panorama
Gstaad is regarded worldwide as one of the most beautiful venues for beach volleyball. The Gstaadion combines elite sport with the unique character of the Swiss Alps: snow-capped peaks as a backdrop, an enthusiastic crowd, and over 25 years of experience hosting international tournaments. The CEV EuroBeachVolley 2027 replaces the traditional Swatch Beach Pro Elite tournament; from 2028, the regular World Tour event returns to Gstaad.

Ticket Categories
Several ticket categories are available for the CEV EuroBeachVolley 2027:
- Spectator Stand: Seat on the main stand (bench seating)
- Covered Stand: Covered seat in the VIP area
- VIP Silver / Gold: Covered VIP seat with access to the VIP bar including snacks and drinks, VIP parking with shuttle; Gold adds a VIP lunch
- Skylounge Silver / Gold: Exclusive Skylounge and VIP bar access, snacks and drinks all day, VIP parking with shuttle; Gold adds a VIP lunch
- Client events / Groups: Customised packages available on request

Getting There & Visitor Tips
- Gstaad is well connected by train from Bern, Lausanne and Interlaken.
- Arriving by public transport is strongly recommended; VIP tickets include a shuttle service from the VIP car park.
- Book accommodation early: Gstaad has limited capacity and demand during the European Championships will be extremely high.
- Combined ticket and accommodation packages are available through the official website.
- Evening matches at the Gstaadion are particularly atmospheric as the Alpine dusk sets in.
- Bring a light weatherproof jacket; even in summer, evenings in the mountains can be cool.
