Program
Both festival days run from noon until midnight. Chefs prepare meat, fish, vegetarian dishes and desserts entirely over open embers; many dishes cook for more than 24 hours. Alongside the food, national music acts perform on several stages, while Fire Talks let chefs and producers share their craft. Organizers describe 2026 as the biggest edition yet, with more space, five international gastronomy stages and an expanded Arts and Crafts zone.
Tickets
Entry only tickets (without food) start at around 50 euros. Daily combo tickets including food and drinks cost between 75 and 100 euros depending on the package (for example five dishes plus two drinks); a full two day pass with a larger food and drink allowance can cost up to 200 euros. Tickets are available through the official website and the partner platform 3cket; early bird prices are usually lower.
Visitor Tips
- Buy tickets early, since Chefs on Fire regularly sells out.
- Parque Marechal Carmona sits in central Cascais and is easily reached from Lisbon by train.
- Wear light, comfortable clothing, as most of the day and evening is spent outdoors.
- Allow enough time to sample several chefs and stages in one day.
- Consider visiting both days, since the lineup of chefs and concerts changes between them.
