Welcome to the Colmar Christmas Market 2026
From 23 November to 29 December 2026, Colmar's historic old town transforms into a fairy-tale Christmas setting. Framed by picturesque, colorful half-timbered houses and romantic canals in "Little Venice" (Petite Venise), the Christmas market spans across six distinct squares, creating an atmosphere straight out of a movie set.

The markets are open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Distributed throughout key locations such as Place des Dominicains, Place Jeanne d'Arc, and Place de l'Ancienne Douane, wooden chalets offer regional treats like gingerbread (Pain d'épices) and spiced mulled wine (Vin chaud).
