Welcome to the Dag van de Lambiek 2026 in Bever
The Dag van de Lambiek 2026 takes place on Saturday, 3 October from 14:00 to 19:00 at Geuzestekerij Odilon in Bever. This 18th edition is the festive kick-off of the Month of the Lambic in the province of Flemish Brabant and invites visitors to immerse themselves in the world of spontaneous fermentation.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
On 3 October 2026 the doors are open from 14:00 to 19:00. Visitors can taste an impressive range of lambic beers from different producers side by side and learn more about the traditional spontaneous fermentation process. Organised by vzw Het Geuzegenootschap, the event serves as the celebratory start of the Month of the Lambic, during which the whole region focuses on lambic and gueuze.
