Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Amsterdam
- Getting there: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station is a short walk from Ziggo Dome (metro 50/54 and intercity trains). Drive to De Passage 100, 1101 AX Amsterdam; arena car parks typically open four hours before doors and stay open until two hours after close. Schiphol Airport to Bijlmer is about 15–20 minutes by train. Journey planner: 9292.nl.
- Weather and clothing: Early March in Amsterdam is often 4–10 °C, with wind and rain. The show is indoor and warm — layers, solid shoes for standing, and a jacket for the queue and the way home. No dress code.
- Where to stay: No camping. Hotels around Johan Cruijff ArenA / Bijlmer cut the night walk; otherwise stay in the centre and use the metro. Amsterdam in March books up — reserve early.
- Entry and security: Bring a passport or national ID. Zero-tolerance drugs policy. Power banks only for charging your own phone; compact cameras and GoPros are allowed, no pro rigs. Lost property: ilost.co (Ziggo Dome).
- After the show: Check last metro and night-bus times before you leave; taxis and rideshares on ArenA Boulevard are busy after 06:00. Use only amsterdam.dldk.com and dldk.com for 2027 line-up, timetable and any shuttle notes.
