Welcome to the Dornbirn Christmas Market 2026 in Dornbirn
The Dornbirn Christmas Market (Dornbirner Christkindlemarkt) takes place daily from 20 November to 23 December 2026 on the market square and in the city centre of Dornbirn. The festively decorated downtown area transforms into a cosy Advent village with selected stalls, lights and a regional atmosphere. On opening day (20 November) the market starts at 17:00; on the following days it typically runs from 10:00 to 21:00.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The Christmas market extends across the market square and the adjoining pedestrian zone. In addition to the classic stall offerings there is a varied supporting programme with live music and cultural contributions. In the parish park a dedicated children’s paradise is created with a baking and craft workshop where young visitors can get creative. The ice curling rinks invite participation and provide extra activity. Admission is free and the market invites visitors to stroll, linger and enjoy the pre-Christmas atmosphere.
