Welcome to the Dürener Stadtfest 2027 in Düren
The Dürener Stadtfest is the free city weekend organised by IG Düren-City across the centre of Düren. The 48th edition ran from 18 to 20 September 2026. No official 2027 date has been published yet; the festival is traditionally held on a September weekend. Stages are usually set on the market square and at Kaiserplatz, with the festival area running through the pedestrian zone.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Over three days the festival fills the pedestrian zone, Annaplatz, Weierstraße, Zehnthofstraße, Schenkelstraße and the square in front of the town hall. Evening concerts are centred on the market square, with extra acts and DJs often at Kölntorplatz. In 2026 the bill included ILEX, the Acoustic Soulmates and the Ford Big Band Köln; the 2027 line-up has not been announced. On Saturday and Sunday the twin-city mile at Kaiserplatz is usually open from 11:00 to 18:00. Düren presents Altmünster, Cormeilles, Valenciennes, Karadeniz Ereğli, Gradačac, Jinhua and Stryj there, with dance, music and specialities. A carnival lane and, since 2026, a sports mile on Schenkelstraße complete the map. The weekly market normally stays on the market square on Saturday. Exact 2027 hours are not yet published; in 2026 the festival ran from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening.
