Welcome to the E-tropolis Festival 2027 in Oberhausen
The E-tropolis Festival 2027 takes place on 20 March 2027 at Turbinenhalle Oberhausen and is one of the most important indoor events of the electronic dark scene. Since 2010 the festival has brought together EBM, industrial, electro, darkwave and synthpop under one roof. The historic industrial hall in the Ruhr area provides the perfect atmosphere for driving beats and a family-like community from all over Europe.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
On Saturday 20 March 2027 doors at Turbinenhalle open at 13:00, with shows starting at 14:00. Throughout the day international acts from the fields of EBM, industrial, dark electro and synthpop perform on multiple stages. The programme flows seamlessly between concerts and party atmosphere. An official pre-party already takes place the evening before on 19 March in Turbinenhalle 2 and is included in the festival ticket.
Tickets & Admission for E-tropolis Festival Oberhausen
Single tickets for the E-tropolis Festival 2027 are available from €78.50 and include entry to the pre-party on 19 March. Hard tickets and 5+1 bundles can be purchased at the Amphi Shop, print-at-home tickets via Eventim and all CTS/Eventim outlets. Children under 12 are not admitted; from age 12 the full price applies. Companions of severely disabled persons with the B mark on their ID receive free entry.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Oberhausen
- Navigation address: Im Lipperfeld 23, 46047 Oberhausen – on-site parking available (Saturday €5 per vehicle)
- By train: From Oberhausen main station take the bus to Im Lipperfeld or Feuerwache stop, then a 5-minute walk
- Nearest airport: Düsseldorf (approx. 35 km), continue by train to Oberhausen main station
- Book accommodation in Oberhausen and the surrounding area early, as the festival can sell out quickly
- Minimum age 12 years; warm clothing for the journey and comfortable shoes for the long day recommended
