Welcome to the Einbecker Eulenfest 2026 in Einbeck
The Einbecker Eulenfest 2026 takes place from 9 to 11 October in the historic old town of Einbeck and celebrates its 50th anniversary. As the largest city festival in southern Lower Saxony, it transforms the half-timbered town with around 100,000 visitors into a lively celebration mile. The traditional highlight is the Winterbock beer tapping by the Einbecker Brewery – in the city where Bock beer was invented.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The festival starts on Friday with the official opening and the traditional Winterbock beer tapping. Afterwards a varied music programme on several stages (main stage on the market square and side stages) provides party atmosphere into the night. Saturday and Sunday offer live acts, market stalls and rides throughout the day. The open Sunday shopping invites additional strolling.
