Welcome to the Einbecker Eulenfest 2027 in Einbeck
The Einbecker Eulenfest, the largest city festival in southern Lower Saxony, returns to Einbeck's historic half-timbered old town in 2027. In 2026 the festival celebrated its 50th anniversary with around 100,000 visitors. The traditional highlight is the Winterbock beer tapping by Einbecker Brauhaus – in the city where Bock beer was invented.
