Welcome to the Equinox Festival Autumn Edition 2026 in Costa de Caparica
The Equinox Festival Autumn Edition takes place on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at Aura Caparica on the Costa de Caparica coast. Organised by Gravity, this one-day open-air event marks the autumn equinox with a single stage, movement workshops, live music and continuous ecstatic sets from afternoon into the night. The venue sits minutes from Lisbon, right where the sand meets the Atlantic.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The day begins in the afternoon and runs until midnight. Movement workshops help guests arrive in the body before the music takes over. Live performances then weave instruments and electronics together as daylight fades. From sunset onwards, the DJ family carries one continuous ecstatic arc into the night. Full programme and lineup will be announced soon; AVI is already confirmed. Everyone moves through the same day together.
Tickets & Admission for Equinox Festival Costa de Caparica
First-release tickets are priced at 22 euros and are limited. The spring edition sold out. Tickets are available via Shotgun. Later releases may cost more; check the ticket page and official website for the latest status. Entry is intended for ages 21 and over.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Costa de Caparica
- Reach the venue from Lisbon in about 20 minutes across the 25 de Abril bridge or by taxi (around 15 euros from Cais do Sodré); parking is available on the sand road
- Bring warm layers for after sunset and shoes you can lose in the sand – the Atlantic decides the weather
- Book accommodation early in Costa de Caparica or Lisbon, as the area remains popular in September
- Pack a swimsuit and an open attitude; the event is phone-free on the dance floors
