Event Details

What is the Fekete Zaj Festival?

Fekete Zaj ("Black Noise") is one of Hungary's most distinctive music festivals. Set at the foot of the Mátra, the country's highest mountain range, it has spent years building an audience drawn to industrial, dark ambient, postrock, black metal and avant garde electronic music. Instead of a conventional festival ground, the stages sit right inside the forest near Mátrafüred Sástó; the trees, fog and light installations are part of the experience itself.

When does Fekete Zaj 2027 take place?

The 2027 edition runs from 28 to 31 July in Mátra Sástó. Detailed daily schedules and stage times will be published by the organizers closer to the event.

Lineup and program for 2027

The first announcement for 2027 already includes Have a Nice Life, Thy Catafalque, Oranssi Pazuzu, Vágtázó Halottkémek, Stoned Jesus, Lazarvs, High Parasite, Lowen, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Ashbury Heights, Inter Arma, Bong Ra, Wayfarer and Eihwar. As in previous years, the lineup is expected to grow over the coming months, and a night stage dedicated to electronic projects traditionally follows the main concerts.

Tickets and prices

Ticket sales for 2027 have not opened yet; the festival's own ticket page is currently marked "coming soon". In previous editions, tiered festival passes and single day tickets were available, with early buyers benefiting from lower early bird prices. Anyone hoping to catch the cheapest tier should follow feketezaj.hu and the festival's social media channels for the sale date.
