Welcome to the Felsentrunk & Bock Beer Tapping 2027 in Würgau
Important note: There will be no Bock beer tapping in 2026! The traditional Brauerei-Gasthof Hartmann in Würgau is planning to host the event again in 2027, but the exact schedule and dates have not yet been determined (TBA). In the shadow of the rocks of Franconian Switzerland, the special Bock beer and the characteristic Felsentrunk are expected to be served fresh from the barrel once again – a true highlight for beer lovers in Upper Franconia.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The Bock beer tapping at Brauerei-Gasthof Hartmann is a classic Franconian autumn event. Please note that the event for 2026 has been completely cancelled. A new edition is planned for 2027, but a specific date has not yet been published. Guests can look forward to freshly poured Felsentrunk and the seasonal dark Bock beer in a traditional atmosphere. Current updates and dates for 2027 should be checked regularly on the official website.
Tickets & Admission for Felsentrunk Event 2027
Based on previous events, admission to the Bock beer tapping and the inn is free. Only food and drinks are charged. Felsentrunk and the Bock beer are served fresh from the barrel. Once the 2027 date is announced, reservations for larger groups are recommended.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Würgau
- Arrival by car via the B22; parking is available at the inn. Public transport from Bamberg is limited – individual travel is recommended.
- Bring autumn clothing and sturdy shoes, as the beer garden is outdoors and evenings can turn cool.
- Book overnight stays directly at the renovated brewery inn or at the nearby Schloss Burgellern in good time once the new dates are announced.
- Combine the visit with a hike to the nearby climbing rocks (e.g. Nürnberger Turm) or a trip to Bamberg.
