Festival Perspectives is the only German-French cultural festival dedicated equally to German- and French-language performing arts. From 13 to 22 May 2027 it transforms Saarbrücken and the neighbouring Département Moselle into a large stage for contemporary theatre, dance, new circus and performance. Since 1978 the festival has stood for cross-border cultural cooperation in the Greater Region Saar-Lor-Lux and attracts up to 30,000 visitors each year.
