Welcome to the Val-Dieu Beer Festival 2026 in Malmedy
On Saturday, 10 October 2026, the Brasserie de l’Abbaye du Val-Dieu presents the 4th edition of its legendary beer festival. After three completely sold-out editions, guests at La Scène Malmedy can expect a big Bavarian-style celebration with exclusive Val-Dieu beer, a traditional meal and a lively Oktoberfest atmosphere.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The event takes place on Saturday, 10 October 2026 at La Scène Malmedy. Guests can arrive from the late afternoon / early evening. The programme features live bands playing traditional Bavarian music, a festive meal at long tables and DJs taking over later to keep the party going past midnight. Shuttle buses run from Battice and Laboru and return at 00:00 and 01:30. Approximate start is around 18:00, with the evening finishing around 02:00.
Tickets & Admission for Val-Dieu Beer Festival Malmedy
Two main packages are available. The Classic package costs €59 per person and includes entry, parking, a free Val-Dieu pint, the first stein (2 drink tokens), the meal, live music and DJs. The VIP / Corporate package costs €75 (excl. VAT) and additionally offers a named company table, preferred seating and usually a free shuttle. Tickets are limited and should be booked early via the official ticket shop or the brewery website. Extra drinks and optional shuttles (€5 per trip) are charged separately.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Malmedy
- Travel by car or use the organised shuttle buses from Battice (Rond-point des Vaches) and Laboru (Univert car park) – return trips at 00:00 and 01:30.
- Bavarian costume (dirndl or lederhosen) is strongly recommended and greatly enhances the atmosphere.
- Book accommodation in Malmedy or the surrounding area (towards Liège or the Ardennes) in advance, as the event is very popular.
- Parking is included in the ticket; arrive early for a relaxed check-in.
- This is an evening event – plan your return journey or an overnight stay accordingly.
