Welcome to the Herring and Scallop Fair 2026 in Dieppe
On November 14 and 15, 2026, Quai Henri IV in the port of Dieppe hosts the 56th edition of this lively open air celebration of herring and scallops. Since the early 1970s, this small Norman harbour town has marked mid November with a weekend that honours its long standing ties to the sea and to the fishing trade.

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in Dieppe
Saturday traditionally opens around 10am with an official inauguration accompanied by a brass band, followed by cooking demonstrations, tastings and guided walks through the Le Pollet fishing quarter. In the afternoon, folk dance groups and musical processions keep the mood lively before the smoke of the grills settles over the quay in the evening.
