Welcome to the Dijon International and Gastronomic Fair 2026
Since 1921, the Parc des Expositions et Congrès in Dijon has turned into a vast showcase for food and craftsmanship every autumn. From October 31 to November 11, 2026, organizers expect around 200,000 visitors to meet more than 600 exhibitors, with everything from mustard and cheese to Burgundy's finest wines.

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in Dijon
Over twelve days, the fair opens daily from 10 am to 8 pm, with extended evening hours on several dates. Alongside browsing the exhibition halls, cooking shows, themed days in the Côte d'Or workshops area and the traditional farm exhibition are regular parts of the program. Online ticket sales open every year on October 1.

Admission runs between 5 and 7 euros depending on the day and ticket type, and children under 12 enter free. Tickets are available online through the official website as well as at the on site ticket counters.
