Freak Valley Festival 2027 runs Thursday 27 May through Saturday 29 May. The 2027 lineup has not been announced yet; the official site currently says “Stay tuned”. Typical editions feature around 30 acts on a compact site rather than dozens of stages. Recent years included Goat, Kylesa, Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats, Motorpsycho, Osees, Kadavar and The Sword. Music usually runs from afternoon into the night across all three days. Camping in recent years was Thursday to Sunday, with departure by Sunday midday. Exact 2027 opening hours, running order and shuttle times will be published closer to the event on freakvalley.de and the festival’s social channels.
Tickets & Admission for Freak Valley Festival Netphen
Entry is not free. The first confirmed 2027 price is the Blind Freak ticket at 149 EUR, sold by the organiser at a September 2026 pre-sale show at Vortex Surfer in Siegen. The online shop used in previous years is fvf.ticket.io; check the official website and ticket shop for current availability and any later price tiers. In recent editions camping was included in the weekend ticket and day tickets were generally not offered. The festival is small and often sells out early. 149 EUR is the organiser-confirmed early price; later tiers, if any, are only valid once published by the festival.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Netphen
- Travel by train to Siegen or Siegen-Weidenau; recent editions ran shuttles to the AWO site in Netphen-Deuz. By car use Weiherdamm 3, 57250 Netphen. Confirm parking on the festival website before you arrive.
- Late May in the Siegerland can be mild, cool or wet. Pack sturdy shoes, a rain jacket, warm layers and a solid tent setup.
- On-site tent camping is the standard stay; book hotels or guesthouses in Netphen and Siegen early if you are not camping or if tickets sell out.
- Recent house rules included no pets, paid showers, free tap water and cashless wristband payments. Follow only the official 2027 info once it is published.
- The site sits in open countryside: protect meadows, paths and wildlife, take rubbish with you and respect departure times so the festival can return.
