Welcome to the Full Force Festival 2027 in Ferropolis
Full Force traditionally takes place on the shore of Lake Gremmin in Ferropolis, a former open cast mining site near Gräfenhainichen in Saxony Anhalt, Germany. Parkway Drive vocalist Winston McCall once called it "the most metal place on earth". After the 2025 edition was cancelled, organisers announced a comeback, but sources give conflicting accounts of whether and when a 2026 edition actually took place, and official dates for 2027 have not been confirmed yet.

- A unique backdrop of five giant bucket wheel and bucket chain excavators from the former lignite mining industry
- A mix of metal, metalcore, hardcore and punk across several stages

Program & Schedule: What to Expect at Full Force
A confirmed lineup for 2027 is not available yet. Based on past years, the first bands are usually announced between November and January, with the full lineup revealed gradually in the months before the event. In recent regular editions, the festival ran over three days, typically from Thursday or Friday to Sunday, with a main stage set directly in front of the excavators.
Beyond the music, visiting the industrial monuments on the Ferropolis site is part of the experience; some attendees also combine the trip with a stop at the Bauhaus Dessau or Wörlitz Park.
