Welcome to the GIMS Concert 2027 in Munich
GIMS (Gandhi Djuna, formerly Maître Gims) was due to play on Sunday, 11 October 2026 at 20:00 at the Zenith, Lilienthalallee 29, Munich-Freimann — the last German date of the Europe Tour 2026. That show is cancelled. On 4 October 2026, Big Plan Agency posted a statement from the artist calling off the entire run in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland for personal reasons he asked to keep private. No replacement date in Munich has been confirmed. The guide below covers the cancelled Zenith concert and what to watch for if a 2027 date is announced.
Highlights & Attractions at GIMS in Munich
- French superstar with Congolese roots: rap, pop and R&B hits such as “Bella”, “Sapés comme jamais”, “Est-ce que tu m’aimes?”, “J’me tire”, “Ciel”, “Ninao” and “Parisienne”.
- Venue: the listed industrial Zenith hall on the Motorworld site — up to 5,880 standing or about 3,100 seated.
- Planned timing of the cancelled show: Diamond Circle / early entry 18:00, concert start 20:00.
- High-energy live production with dancers, LED screens and a set that runs from Sexion d’Assaut classics to recent solo tracks.
- Part of a short 2026 Germany run (Oberhausen, Offenbach, Berlin, Munich); all four dates plus Amsterdam and Zurich were cancelled without replacement.
- Munich promoter: Hypnotize Entertainment GmbH; tickets were sold via Eventim.
- Full refunds on tickets already bought, processed by the original point of sale; Eventim provides a cancellation/refund form.
Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
No detailed Munich support bill was published before the cancellation; GIMS was billed as the Europe Tour 2026 headliner. His current shows typically run around two hours with band, dancers and medley blocks — from “Sapés comme jamais”, “Bella”, “La même” and “Changer” through “Est-ce que tu m’aimes?” and “J’me tire” to later singles such as “Parisienne” and “Ciel” (as documented at 2026 festival dates). A Munich-specific rundown for 11 October was never released.
A 2027 makeup show at the Zenith or another Munich hall has not been announced as of October 2026. GIMS continues the separate Carpe Diem / Infernal Tour in France and Belgium (including Nantes, Lyon, Paris, Marseille on 19 June 2027 and Nice on 3 July 2027) — those are not Munich dates. Whether Germany will be rescheduled remains open. Trust only Eventim, Big Plan Agency and gimstour.com.
Tickets & Admission for GIMS Munich
For 11 October 2026 at Zenith Munich, official Eventim prices started at 63 euro (standing floor) and around 95.50 euro in the higher category, with a Diamond Circle early-entry option from 18:00. Those figures describe the cancelled show only; they are not confirmed 2027 prices. The artist said the tour was almost sold out. After the cancellation, tickets are void and the purchase price is refunded in full via the original seller (Eventim buyers use the refund form; repayment is usually made to the original payment method within the standard window). Do not buy resale tickets for 11 October 2026. If a new Munich date is set, presale is expected to run again through eventim.de.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Munich
- Getting to the Zenith: U-Bahn U6 towards Garching-Hochbrück, stop Freimann, then about a five-minute walk. The hall sits in northern Munich opposite the M.O.C., near Frankfurter Ring and the A9. Motorworld car park: evening ticket recently 9 euro (17:00–06:00), first 30 minutes free, height limit 2.05 m. Public transport is the better option on concert nights.
- Weather and clothing: mid-October in Munich is often cool (roughly 8–15 °C by day) with possible rain. For the standing floor, wear comfortable closed shoes, a layer you can shed inside the hall, and a poncho rather than a bulky umbrella.
- Stay: Freimann, Schwabing and the north of the city are practical; weekend rooms go early. If you already booked a hotel or train for 11 October 2026, check cancellation terms — a tour cancellation does not automatically cover travel.
- 2026 ticket holders: claim the refund only where you bought the ticket (Eventim or box office). Keep the order confirmation. Avoid secondary markets for a cancelled date.
- Next date: subscribe to Eventim and gimstour.com. There is no confirmed GIMS date in Munich for 2027. Do not treat any unofficial date as fact. Venue info: motorworld.de (Zenith).
