Welcome to the Hop On Hop Off Festival 2027 in Breda
The Hop On Hop Off Festival 2027 takes place from 9 to 11 April at the Kunstijsbaan in Breda. It is billed as the largest specialty beer and food-truck festival in the Benelux, bringing together European breweries, street food and live music. Admission to the site is free; a boarding pass (Instapkaart) with glass and tokens is needed for tastings.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The next edition is announced for Friday 9 April to Sunday 11 April 2027. Exact opening hours for 2027 have not yet been published on the official website. In 2026 the festival ran Friday 16:00–23:00, Saturday 13:00–23:00 and Sunday 13:00–20:00. Check hoponhopofffestival.com closer to the date.
The site features brewery stands, food trucks, music and entertainment. Beer is served in the festival glass in exchange for tokens; rinse points are on site. Previous editions also included a non-alcoholic bar.
Tickets & Admission for Hop On Hop Off Festival Breda
Admission is free according to the organiser. For tastings, buy an Instapkaart: in 2026 it cost 23 euros and included the festival glass (15 cl, no deposit, yours to keep), three tokens at 3.50 euros each and the festival booklet. Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Breda
- Travel by train to Breda Centraal, then by bus towards the Kunstijsbaan (in 2026 lines included 172, 173, 374 and an extra shuttle); the organiser recommends cycling, and car parking is available.
- Mid-April in Breda is often cool and changeable – bring a jacket, comfortable shoes and rain protection.
- Book accommodation in Breda early, as the festival weekend is popular in the region.
- A designated-driver (BOB) offer and wheelchair-accessible entrances and toilets are part of the set-up; drink responsibly.
