Immergut Festival 2027 in Neustrelitz: Dates Not Yet Confirmed
The Immergut Festival is one of Germany's smallest and most personal indie rock and indie pop festivals; right on the Bürgersee lake in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, around 5,000 fans have gathered every year since 2000 for three days of music, swimming and community. The exact date for 2027 has not yet been confirmed by the organizer; in recent years the festival has traditionally taken place on the last weekend of May, most recently from 28 to 30 May 2026. Where Is the Immergut Festival Held?
The venue is the festival site at Bürgerseeweg 28 in Neustrelitz (Mecklenburg Western Pomerania), just a short walk from the lake it is named after. The town sits within the Mecklenburg Lake District, easily reachable from Berlin and Schwerin; the region is known for its many lakes and is also popular for cycling and canoeing.
Music Style and Atmosphere
The program focuses on indie pop and indie rock, mixed with elements of wave, rap and singer songwriter music. Nationally known acts play alongside up and coming newcomers, resulting in a deliberately intimate and low key lineup. Alongside the music, a spoken word stage, a traditional football tournament, art and a spontaneous jump into the lake are all part of the Immergut experience.
Getting to Neustrelitz
The most climate friendly way to arrive is by train to Neustrelitz Hauptbahnhof; during the festival, a free shuttle train usually runs directly from the station to the festival grounds at the lake. By car, the destination address is Bürgerseeweg 28, 17235 Neustrelitz; parking options and any required parking tickets are announced on the organizer's website and social media before the event.
Tickets for 2027
Ticket sales for 2027 have not started yet. For reference, the cheapest supporter tickets for the 2026 edition cost around 120 euros, while regular tickets later reached about 145 to 165 euros (including camping and waste deposit).
