Visitor Tips
- Since admission is free, arriving early pays off for popular concerts on the main stages.
- Plan for comfortable shoes, as the festival spreads across the whole old town and is best explored on foot.
- Bring warm clothing, as October evenings can already be chilly.
- Use the Events Altstadt Salzburg app for daily program updates.
- Check out venues beyond the main stages too, since smaller locations offer their own intimate sets.
