Welcome to the JazzAscona 2027 in Ascona
The 43rd edition of JazzAscona takes place from 24 June to 3 July 2027 in Ascona on Lake Maggiore. Since 1985 the festival has been one of Europe’s leading events for New Orleans jazz and related African-American styles. The official site jazzascona.ch confirms the dates and the lakeside setting. Most concerts and workshops have been free since 2022.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
The festival runs for ten days and spreads music from late morning into the night. Lakeside stages, the historic centre and numerous bars and restaurants form the venues. The detailed 2027 line-up is published on jazzascona.ch; previous editions featured New Orleans artists, Swiss acts and international bands.
Parades, dancing hours and late jam sessions are part of the fixed programme. Ascona is compact, so walking between venues is easy.
Tickets & Admission for JazzAscona Ascona
Since 2022 festival concerts and workshops are free. Only the Music Hours require on-site consumption. There are no standard tickets for the open-air and main stages. Current details are on jazzascona.ch. price_min and price_max are therefore 0.
