Welcome to the Kaiser-Bockbier 2026 in Grasmannsdorf
In the tranquil village of Grasmannsdorf, part of the market town of Burgebrach in the Bamberg district of Upper Franconia, the private Kaiser brewery invites guests to its traditional bock beer tapping on November 13 and 14, 2026. The former Schlossbrauerei was founded in 1783 and is still run today as a family business by Georg Kaiser.

- The tapping of the pale Kaiser bock beer, with roughly 17.5 percent original gravity and 7.5 percent alcohol, matured for eight weeks

The bock beer tapping runs over two days, Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14, 2026. Serving traditionally begins around 5 pm on both days at the Kaiser family's brewery inn. Exact program details for 2026 will be announced by the brewery closer to the date.

Entry to the Kaiser-Bockbier is free and no ticket is required. Guests only pay for the bock beer and the snacks served on site. Current 2026 prices have not yet been published by the brewery.
