Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Thursday, 14 January 2027 opens the weekend with La Saireda, a shorter classic race into Val Roseg. Saturday, 16 January 2027 is the core day: the planned 55 km La Diagonela, the 25 km La Pachifica and the 6 km La Cuorta, all in classic technique. The long races start at the Pontresina cross-country centre and finish in Zuoz. Sunday, 17 January 2027 adds La Sfida in free technique, starting in Zuoz. Combined Saturday-plus-Sunday entries feed a skiathlon ranking. Exact start waves are published closer to race day; recent editions placed elite Saturday starts around 09:30–10:00. Snow conditions can shorten the advertised 55 km course, as happened in 2026 when the race was cut to 47 km.
