Welcome to the Leonhardi-Bock Tapping 2026 in Merkendorf
On 9 November 2026 the traditional Brauerei Hummel in Merkendorf hosts its Leonhardi-Bock tapping. From morning until late evening a lively full-day festival takes place in the courtyard and restaurant in honour of the pale Leonhardi-Bock – a highlight of the Franconian Bock beer season.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
The Leonhardi-Bock tapping starts on 9 November 2026 at 11:00 in the restaurant. From 17:00 the festival moves to the brewery courtyard. Throughout the day the fresh Leonhardi-Bock and other beers from the brewery are served, accompanied by classic Franconian cuisine. This is a typical Franconian Bock tapping – relaxed, sociable and open from morning until late.
