Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026
Maallust Groene Hopfestival 2026 is a one-day event on Saturday 14 November, 14:00–21:00. This year it moves to Het Verenigingsgebouw, Hoofdweg 116 – a stone’s throw from brewery Maallust at Hoofdweg 140. The focus is green hop / fresh hop beer: hops used without drying or pelletising, giving intensely aromatic beers that appear only once a year. Alongside Maallust, guest breweries pour beers made with hops from De Eerste Wijk, a historic social-agricultural enterprise in Veenhuizen that offers work to people facing barriers to the labour market. Live music, street food and robust autumn plates from the Maallust kitchen run throughout the afternoon and evening.
