Welcome to Maifeld Derby 2027 in Heidelberg
Maifeld Derby, long one of the most loved indie and alternative festivals in the region, lives on in a smaller format after saying goodbye to the Maimarktgelände in Mannheim. Under the name Shetland Pony Hobby Edition, the first edition took place in May 2026 at halle02 in Heidelberg, where fans enjoyed a curated one day program of new and international bands across several stages.

Following the sold out 2026 edition featuring acts such as Geordie Greep, Way Dynamic and Bikini Beach, no official date has been confirmed for 2027 yet. The organizers have been experimenting with different small scale formats, including a further edition called Holidays Dehäm Amüsement held in Mannheim in August 2026. Tickets and Admission for Maifeld Derby Heidelberg
Tickets for the Heidelberg edition sold out within days even before a lineup was announced. For the follow up edition later the same year, prices were around 44.90 euros reduced and 54.90 euros regular, with a supporter ticket around 64.90 euros. Exact 2027 prices have not been published and may differ. Tickets are sold exclusively through the festival's official shop.
