Event Details
Maison & Objet Paris January 2027 – The First Major Design Event of the Year
From 14 to 18 January 2027, Maison & Objet Premier opens the international design year at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. As the first significant trade fair of the season, the January edition traditionally sets the design agenda for the months ahead. More than 67,000 trade professionals from around the world and over 2,300 exhibiting brands make this edition the industry's most important gathering for interior design, furniture, craftsmanship and luxury.
The Focus of the January Edition: Excellence and Craftsmanship
The January edition is titled Maison & Objet Premier and distinguishes itself through a particular emphasis on high-end furniture, luxury interiors and exceptional craftsmanship. While the September edition foregrounds novelty and trend, the January edition is defined by structural design, architecture and the reinforcement of Paris as the world's design capital. It is the curators' event; one that speaks to architects, interior designers and decision-makers who shape spaces and concepts.
Exhibition Sectors
The January edition is organised across six main sectors: Signature & Projects (January only), Decor & Design, Fine Craft – Métiers d'Art, Fragrance & Wellness, Gift & Play and Fashion & Accessories. Key areas of focus in 2027 include Outdoor Living, the Hospitality space, the Fine Craft area and Pet Square. The Signature & Projects sector is exclusive to the January edition, presenting the most prominent furniture and furnishing brands.
