Welcome to Malta Festival 2027 in Poznań
In June 2027, Poznań once again becomes one of the leading stages for the performing arts in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 1991, Malta Festival has brought together theatre, dance, music, film and visual arts, taking over not only concert halls but also squares, streets and the shores of Lake Malta right in the heart of the city.

Malta Festival traditionally runs for about a week in June and spreads across dozens of venues throughout Poznań, from the exhibition halls of the Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie trade fair grounds to Stary Rynek, the historic market square, and the banks of Lake Malta. Every edition follows its own thematic motto and pairs internationally known names in theatre and music with emerging Polish artists. A large part of the program, including the opening show by the lake and many street performances and exhibitions, is completely free to attend. Theatre performances and the concert stage, on the other hand, are sold as individual tickets as well as multi concert passes.
