The Mannheim Oktoberfest 2026 brings authentic Wiesn atmosphere to Mannheim-Neckarau from 16 October to 7 November. In a large festival tent next to the main fire station, visitors enjoy nine event days filled with live music, Bavarian joie de vivre, hearty specialities and freshly tapped beer – the largest Oktoberfest-style celebration in the region.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2026

The Mannheim Oktoberfest 2026 takes place on selected days from 16 October to 7 November – mainly Fridays and Saturdays plus one Sunday Frühschoppen. Admission is usually from 17:00, with bands performing from 18:00 until around 23:00. The Frühschoppen starts at 11:00/11:30 and ends at 16:00. The programme features lively live music, dancing and authentic Wiesn fun in a heated tent. Many dates are already in high demand or sold out – early booking is strongly recommended.

Tickets & Admission for Mannheim Oktoberfest Mannheim

Admission is ticketed only. Standing tickets at the Almrausch Bar start at €32. Table tickets (max. 10 people) range from approximately €320 to over €650 depending on the location. Tickets are available exclusively online via the official website and are sent by e-mail after payment. ID and ticket must be presented at the entrance. Visitors under 18 are only admitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Mannheim

  • Public transport is recommended: Tram line 1 stops at Hochschule Mannheim (about a 5-minute walk to the tent). Parking is limited.
  • Traditional dress (Dirndl or Lederhosen) is welcome but not required – wear what you like and feel comfortable in.
  • Book accommodation in Mannheim or the surrounding area early, especially for weekends.
  • Bring cash (especially for the Almrausch Bar); card payments from €50 are possible in exceptional cases.
  • The tent is heated – a lighter jacket is often sufficient, and a cloakroom is available.
