Program

The festival opens with an evening dedicated to the Italian Bel Canto tradition, featuring Greek Scottish soprano Anny Fassea and baritone Georgios Iatrou, accompanied by pianist Dimitris Giakas. Later in the program, internationally acclaimed guitarists Susana Prieto and Alexis Mouzourakis perform as Duo Melis. The 40th anniversary season closes with string quartet Quattro Echo, presenting both classical masterpieces and modern compositions. All concerts begin at 8:30 PM in the courtyard of Megaro Gyzi.

Tickets

Admission to all four concerts is completely free; no tickets are sold. Because seating is limited, visitors are advised to arrive by around 7:45 PM to secure a good spot.

Visitor Tips

  • Arrive early, as seating in the courtyard is limited and no reservations are taken.
  • Before the concert, take time to stroll through the quiet backstreets of Fira's Catholic Quarter.
  • Bring a light jacket, as Santorini evenings can turn cool even in August.
  • The building also houses a small museum, worth a visit before or after the concert.
  • Fira is easily walkable; a car is not needed to attend the festival.
