Welcome to the MEO Marés 2027 in Matosinhos
MEO Marés 2027 – the 20th edition of the former MEO Marés Vivas – takes place from 16 to 18 July 2027 at Praia do Aterro in Leça da Palmeira, Matosinhos. Promoter PEV Entertainment confirmed the dates after the first seaside edition in 2026. Three days of pop, rock, hip-hop and Latin music by the Atlantic, with sunset views over the ocean.

Program & Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
MEO Marés 2027 runs from Friday 16 July to Sunday 18 July 2027 – the traditional third weekend of July. In the previous edition gates opened at 16:00 and closed around 03:00; confirm 2027 hours on the official website. The 2027 lineup has not been announced yet. Past editions mixed pop, rock, hip-hop and Latin headliners from Portugal and abroad. Five stages, comedy and a beach setting shape the weekend. The organiser has said the site will grow in 2027 with more space and higher capacity.
Tickets & Admission for MEO Marés Matosinhos
2027 tickets are not on sale yet. In 2026 face value was 50 euro for a day ticket and 100 euro for a 3-day pass (plus fees; around 54–107 euro on MEO Blueticket). Official channels are mares.meo.pt, MEO Blueticket and Ticketline. 2027 prices may change when the presale opens. Buy only from official sellers.
Visitor Tips: Travel & Accommodation in Matosinhos
- Getting there: Porto Metro (Line A towards Senhor de Matosinhos) and REDE UNIR buses (including 5001/5004) to Leça da Palmeira; Porto Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is close to Matosinhos.
- What to wear: Summer clothes plus a light jacket for Atlantic wind after sunset; comfortable shoes for sand and festival ground.
- Book hotels in Matosinhos, Leça da Palmeira or Porto early – the festival weekend is busy.
- Beach parking is limited; use public transport or shuttles.
- No outside food or drink, no helmets; under-6s were not admitted in 2026 – check 2027 rules on the official site.
