When and where is Mighty Sounds 2027 held?

The 21st edition of Mighty Sounds takes place from 25 to 27 June 2027 at the Aeroklub Tábor airfield (known as Čápův dvůr) in Tábor, Czech Republic. Gates open on the first day at 2:00 PM, and the stages run across the former military airfield for three days into the night.

What is Mighty Sounds?

Mighty Sounds is one of Central Europe's best known festivals for punk, ska, reggae, hardcore and rock'n'roll. Since its first edition in 2005, the festival has combined international bands with Czech acts, alongside a side program of alternative theatre, DJ sets, sports activities, a skate ramp and a children's program. The setting on a disused military airfield has become one of its trademarks.

Program and Lineup 2027

Past editions have featured acts such as Pennywise, Skindred, Burning Spear and the New York Ska Jazz Ensemble. • Tábor is located about 90 kilometers south of Prague and can be reached by train in roughly ninety minutes.
• Shuttle buses usually run from Tábor train station to the airfield during the festival.

• The festival uses a chip based cashless payment system, so cash is rarely needed on the grounds.
