Welcome to Montafoner Resonanzen 2027 in the Montafon Valley
The southernmost valley of Vorarlberg once again becomes a stage for top level music during Montafoner Resonanzen. Over several weekends between late summer and early autumn, internationally known artists perform in churches, mountain huts and open air venues across the valley, from Schruns to Tschagguns and Gargellen.

Program and Schedule: What to Expect in 2027
Montafoner Resonanzen traditionally spans about five to six weekends from early August to early September, with each weekend dedicated to a different musical focus. The exact dates and full program for 2027 had not been published at the time of research and will be announced by Montafon Tourismus ahead of the festival.
Tickets and Admission for Montafoner Resonanzen 2027
In previous years, advance tickets for most concerts cost around 15 euros, with free admission for children and teenagers up to 15. Folk music events have traditionally been free to attend, though a lift ticket may be required at some venues. Ö1 Club members previously received a 20 percent discount, including for one accompanying guest, with further reductions for Raiffeisenclub members. Additional costs apply for events that include catering. Exact 2027 prices will be confirmed once the program is published.
Visitor Tips: Travel and Accommodation in the Montafon Valley
- The Montafon valley is easily reached by car via the A14 motorway and the L188 road, with local buses connecting the villages
- Since concerts take place across different municipalities in the valley, it is worth checking the specific venue and travel time in advance
- For concerts at mountain huts or outdoor stages, sturdy shoes and a weatherproof jacket are recommended, as evenings in the mountains can turn cool
- Accommodation in Schruns, Tschagguns, Gaschurn and the other Montafon villages should be booked early during festival weeks
